Israeli self-defense (Krav Maga) is one very popular form of MMA, even preferred by the United States military and law enforcement. We combine this technique with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, which focuses on the use of proper technique and leveraging your opponent’s size against them. At Focus, we also add in two kickboxing styles, American and Muay Thai. This specific mixture of techniques comes together for mixed martial arts that improves your physical fitness, mental acuity, and overall health.
