Looking for a group workout environment where you can get fit and learn basic self-defense skills at the same time? Taught by our amazing instructor, Mike, kickboxing at Focus is designed to improve cardio strength and introduce you to martial arts. These classes are a great segue into our mixed martial arts (MMA) classes, as they combine American kickboxing and Muay Thai boxing. Implementing the best methods both styles offer, we’ve created a unique program that our members thoroughly enjoy.
