AFPA, AFFA, RYS 200hr, Athletic Speed and Conditioning CSAC What Adam loves most about being a personal trainer and group fitness coach: “Being able to fix my clients’ mind space by manipulation of the body!” Born and raised in sunny South Florida, Adam Sperber has always had a love of sports and fitness. His first true love was tennis. He played baseball all the way through college, after which he started lifting weights. What started out as a necessity for a job during and after college quickly grew into a vision of something that Adam was passionate about. After years of training and helping his friends get into shape, he decided to take his love of fitness and turn it into a career. And even better, this career choice led to another love, his fiancé Madeline. Adam believes his greatest accomplishment in the fitness industry is coaching young athletes, as he has helped quite a few receive full athletic scholarships to college. Adam works with clients one-on-one to develop customized fitness plans. No matter your goals, he will help you achieve them. While working with Adam, he communicates with you on a deep level to ensure he understands your workout needs and desires. He then helps you define your objectives for physical and mental health. When he’s not at Focus, Adam enjoys going to the beach with his fiancé, watching college football, or otherwise enjoying sports and time with friends and family. He has also developed a new passion for the teachings of yoga. Adam’s workout philosophy: “Moving around barriers by any means necessary. I focus on the total mind, eating habits, body and soul; strength, creating space, conditioning, speed, and over all wellbeing.”
